This is an authentic HG 1/144 Gunpla Messer Type-F02 (Commander Type) - Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway's Flash from Bandai Namco Model kit in Japan.

From "Hathaway's Flash", the MS Messer F02 type (commander's unit) is commercialized as part of the HG series.
The F02 type's design is reproduced with new parts, including the legs with the added "lifting flares."
In addition, the Messer F Naked piloted by Emeralda in the movie can be recreated by selecting parts and painting some parts.
